BASED AT THE HEAD OFFICE – 1070 ROOSEVELT CRESCENT, NORTH VANCOUVER:
This program offers a variety of social and recreational activities, aimed at developing valuable skills to enhance community engagement, with options for individuals to participate in volunteer opportunities. The program operates from Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 3:00 pm, and remains open throughout the year.
BASED AT THE SUMMIT – 1095 CHURCHILL CRESCENT, NORTH VANCOUVER:
This is a participant-driven program for young adults that provides opportunities to develop social skills and build friendships.
Pathfinders host their Cafe Social activity on Thursdays from 10:30-12 pm. Drop by to pick up a coffee & freshly baked pastry for a small fee.

COMMUNITY-BASED PROGRAMS:
This program provides opportunities for individuals who live independently or with their caregivers, to learn and/or improve skills that will assist them in becoming more self-sufficient. The focus is on developing their skills in areas such as banking, financial management, budgeting, grocery shopping, meal preparation, community safety, home maintenance, and more.
This is a unique, community-based program, for individuals who face a variety of challenges that prevent them from being meaningfully and competitively employed. We offer individuals the opportunity to search for and attain genuine, paid employment in their community. We work with individuals to gain an understanding of the participants’ strengths, skills, and vocational goals, and assist them in becoming employment-ready. Our Employment Specialists provide on-site job coaching and ongoing support to ensure long-term retention and performance.
This concession offers healthy choices for visitors of the Harry Jerome Recreation Centre and the wider community. This is a unique community integration program for individuals who are interested in developing skills in the food service industry and operating a small business. Participants are involved in all aspects of Muffin Cafe operations.
